Transparent liquid silicone is a two-component heat-vulcanized silicone rubber, part A and part B, with a weight or volume mixing ratio of 1:1
Scope of use：
Widely used in casting or injection molding products, such as: silicone insole, resin drill replica mold, crystal production, etc.
Instructions：
1、Mix the two components A and B according to weight 1:1 and stir evenly（Use an electronic scale to be more precise）
2、The evenly stirred silica gel is placed in a vacuum machine, and the bubbles are removed by vacuum
3、Pouring or injecting the defoamed silicone into the mold（before pouring,Apply detergent or mold release agent to the mold first.）
4、After completing the above steps,The time of the silicone at room temperature is 2-12 hours to fully cure,Heating at 80℃-100℃ degrees, it can be completely cured within tens of minutes.
5、Tips：When handling this product, keep it separate from the used RTV-2 silicone container,Operate this silicone with an unused RTV-2 silicone mold.
